Frequently Asked Questions

What is this calendar for?

The purpose of the calendar is to highlight games both new and old, bring more exposure to the genre as a whole, and draw attention to events and holidays that are relevant to the MU* community.

Why should I submit my game’s anniversary?

Well, it’s a free backlink from a relevant website, but it’s up to you. 🙂 You should only submit your game’s anniversary if your MU* is open to the general public and you want people to know about it.

How do I add a new anniversary to the calendar?

To add your game’s anniversary, click the “Submit an event” button and fill out the form.

How will I know if my event has been added?

If you submitted a valid email address with the event details, you’ll receive an email letting you know that your event has been added to the calendar.

How do I add all the events to my calendar at once?

Click the “Subscribe to calendar” button, which will allow you to add the calendar to your calendars page. The advantage of doing this is that you will see the most up-to-date information, including any new events that are added in the future.

To add the calendar without auto-sync, use the “Download” button, instead.

How do I add individual events to my calendar?

Use the “Add to calendar” link beside the event you want to add. This will download the .ics for that specific event, which you can then import into your calendar of choice.

How can I set up notifications for an event?

For notifications, single-event copies, or hiding individual events, check your calendar app’s documentation – the exact steps differ between Google, Apple, Outlook, and others.
